The Famous Door is New Orleans home of RnB and Dixieland Jazz. Dating back to 1934 the Famous Door is Bourbon Street’s oldest live music club. The famous door refers to the front door of the bar that many celebrities and musicians have autographed. It is located at 339 Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. They are open 7 days a week, the dress is casual, there is no cover, no drink minimum, the music is live and they do have a dance floor.
